Our culture

We are a small, technically curious team that treats invasive species work as serious environmental science rather than a trade-skills afterthought. Everyone in the network shares an interest in soil ecology, planning law and the long-term restoration of London's gardens and brownfield sites, even if their formal role is on the operations or sales side.

Field staff are paid for travel time, given proper PPE allowances, and trained in the latest stem-injection and foliar techniques each spring. Office staff are remote-first with a quarterly in-person planning week in London.
