Our role
Knotweed Removals is a lead-generation and introducer service. We do not carry out surveys, treatment or removal work ourselves. When you submit an enquiry, we introduce you to one or more specialist invasive species contractors operating in your area. We make no representation or warranty as to the work performed by those contractors, the contractual relationship for any work undertaken is directly between you and the contractor.
No accreditation claimed
We make no claim to hold any professional accreditation, membership of trade bodies, or RICS, PCA or comparable certifications. Any such credentials are held by the individual contractors we introduce, who are responsible for displaying and substantiating their own qualifications.
Use of the website
The information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute professional advice. While we take reasonable care to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no warranty as to its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. You should always commission a site-specific survey before making any decision relating to invasive species on your property.
Enquiry data
By submitting the enquiry form you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you consent to it being shared with the specialist contractor we introduce. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full data handling details.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to £100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images and logos, is the property of Knotweed Removals or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
